About the Journal

Nyaa Publishers Journal of Multidisciplinary Research (NPJMR) aims to publish well-researched and original scholarly papers across multiple disciplines, particularly Business Management, Agriculture, and the Humanities. The journal welcomes research that advances knowledge, provides practical insights, and contributes to addressing contemporary challenges within these fields.

In Business Management, NPJMR encourages research that enhances the understanding of business practices, strategies, and their implementation. Particular consideration is given to studies that offer practical insights and recommendations that can be applied in real-world business settings.

NPJMR also places particular emphasis on research in Agronomy and Agroforestry. This focus is informed by the significant role of agricultural development in the economic and social advancement of developing regions, particularly in Africa. By promoting rigorous research in agriculture, the journal seeks to contribute to improved agricultural practices, sustainable resource management, food security, and broader socioeconomic development.

In the Humanities, research plays an important role in deepening our understanding of human experiences, needs, values, relationships, and challenges. Scholarly studies in fields such as literature, history, philosophy, culture, and related disciplines provide valuable perspectives for understanding and responding to complex human and societal issues.

NPJMR also aims to:

  • Collaborate with academic institutions and libraries to ensure that published works are accessible to educators, researchers and students for teaching, learning and further research purposes.
  • Establish a platform for academic expertise and professional engagement by connecting educators, researchers and practitioners with institutions seeking their expertise. Authors and other experts may be engaged as guest speakers, facilitators, trainers, consultants or resource persons for conferences, workshops, seminars and other academic and professional events. NPJMR will also promote its authors and their publications to relevant institutions.
  • Serve as a credible scholarly platform for academic assessment, providing a reputable publication outlet through which researchers can disseminate their work and strengthen their academic profiles for purposes such as promotion, professional advancement, and institutional recognition, subject to the policies and requirements of relevant academic institutions.

  • Facilitate collaboration between researchers and organisations by working with companies, government institutions, academic institutions, NGOs and other relevant organisations to promote the practical application, testing and further development of research findings.
